You’ve been practicing yoga for a few weeks, months or even years and you love it. However, it’s getting harder to get on the mat for your daily practice these days. It may be that things are getting busier at your work or that your kids need more attention. Perhaps you’re going through a stressful season in life and you’d much rather cuddle up with a bucket of ice cream than sweat it out on your yoga mat.  Whatever your situation, it’s not unusual to feel a lack of motivation every now and then.
